About lymphedema
Lymphedema is a condition in which swelling occurs in the limbs due to impaired lymphatic flow.Beyond appearance changes, it can cause pain and heaviness, affecting quality of life and work.
Early detection and continuous observation are important, yet truly simple and non-invasive methods have been limited.
We aim to realize an EIT-based monitoring method that can be performed routinely with minimal burden.

Product & technology

LT monitor Pro is a product for diagnosing lymphedema that images the distribution of water and protein inside the body. Bringing together medical and engineering expertise, we develop it through continuous validation in clinical settings.
We are also developing LT monitor Lite, a device for checking swelling at home.
Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) is a sensing technology that images the electrical properties inside the body from signals obtained at many electrodes. It makes visible the changes inside the body that could not be seen before.By measuring weak currents and potentials, it achieves real-time visualization with no burden on the body.
TOMOCLOUD Inc. was founded based on research conducted at Chiba University Takei Laboratory.
Visit Takei LabTo realize medical technology that does not yet exist, we work with clinical teams and take it all the way, from algorithm and hardware R&D to productization and commercialization.

A request for your input
As we develop LT monitor Lite, our device for use at home, we are asking about the difficulties you face day to day and the features you feel would help. Responses are aggregated anonymously and used for nothing but improving the product.
